Sharon Rust
Sharon Rust started her insurance career in 1982 as a file clerk. Just a short time later, she earned her insurance license. Working as an agent for more than 11 years when Steve Tunnell (her dad) retired. She took over the agency and has been running it since 2012. Sharon is an avid outdoors person who loves to travel and see new things. But most of all, she loves spending time with her family. Her grandchildren continue to keep her busy with all of their activities.
Amy Hannah
Amy Hannah is our newest agent on the team and has a long family history in insurance. Upon graduating from Texas A&M University, she moved to Dallas to pursue a career in the travel industry and start a family. After five years, eager to get back to her hometown of New Braunfels, she moved back to Central Texas with her husband and two daughters. Even after her switch to insurance, she still maintains a love for travel and is forever searching for her next destination. One of her greatest passions is serving in the Kairos Prison Ministry since 2017.
Kim Burkhart
Kim Burkhart earned insurance license in 1992. She has worked at several insurance agencies but has found a home at Tunnell Insurance since 2013. She loves cooking, baking, and trying new recipes. Since Kim does not live on the beach, she decorates her home and office with tropical plants and beach décor. She enjoys spending as much time with her children and grandchildren as she possibly can.
Linda Aguilar
Linda Aguilar started at Tunnell Insurance as a Customer Service Rep, and has since earned her insurance license in 2018. She is very involved with her daughters dance and performances. While at home, Linda loves to cook and bake for her family. She is the one to start the family game night, or just sing and dance the night away. If not at home, Linda enjoys a live concert or attending festivals.
Cindy Norris
Cindy Norris came to work at Tunnell Insurance after retiring from 32 years in Education. She loves working in the front office greeting our clients and visitors. Cindy spends most of her free time making memories while cruising and seeing the world. She loves spending time with her daughter and grandson as well as visiting her son in Florida.
